load 25,000 products into storesonline shopping cart

I have a storesonline shopping site with 25000 products [login to view URL] It has approx 5000 products with pictures. the other products don't have pictures and they all need pictures. I have a new excel spreadsheet with updated product information and pricing for most of the products. In the new spreadsheet It contains links to pictures for the 30,000 products. I need to load the product information and pictures for the products into the storesonline site. I need someone who can use the link to the product picture and load it in to my site. I would also like the correct product information to be applied to the correct category and all information to be loaded or updated with the new information if the new spreadsheet has more information than the old spreadsheet. The individual products need to be loaded so they can be searched by keyword or category. If there is away to bulk load pictures and content by using a excel sheet with links to the picture for a storesonline site this task would be very easy. I now have to open the link and save the picture to my desktop and then upload into my site. I'm sure there is a faster way. This is a perfect job if you are familiar with working with storesonline shopping cart. I'v attached a small portion of the spreadsheet for you to see what I mean.
