Hello, we are a retail e-commerce company looking for a part-time customer service rep (preferably female). We offer our customers the possibility to apply for financing when placing an order. In order to do that they need to fill out an application in a third party website. Your job would be to check the application's status and once the customer has been approved for financing, you would need to call the customer to let him know the amount he/she was approved for and probably help them to place orders if needed.
