Fill excel data from data going from web search

There are 3 Folders and each folder contains 14 excel files. Each file contains probably at most 100 entries (most of which have already been filled) and each unfilled entry has 2 columns(authors and Paper). The task is to get the dataset used in each paper of an unfilled entry and add 3 more column to each entry. These columns are "Dataset used", "Link to dataset used", reference based on the dataset used. example an entry might have( "Paper: On Effective Conceptual Indexing and Similarity Search in Text Data." and "Authors:Charu C. Aggarwal Philip S. Yu" ). you will have to scan the paper "On Effective Conceptual Indexing and Similarity Search in Text Data" to get the datasets used and the weblink to this dataset and then if the author added the dataset source or paper using such dataset to the reference list, then you get the reference list number used. A sample is attached to this project . Have a look. And bid only if you feel you can do it. I will provide an guest account on my computer to be connected via teamviewer for the web search since most of the papers would require an ieee library account. I must warn it requires time and fast text read/scan/searching skill.
