I spent some time on finding a way to get the result expected and my finding is: there is many ways to get the result however it needs API and some settings (It seems also that there is a limitation up to 40 000 pirs per month). it can be done manually one by one which take a lot of time (1mn to copy lat-long and get result and copy it in a list).It can be requested from some providers. The easiest way is to buy a ready made excel app for $50 which is available (Just copy te 2 columns lat-long and you will get in the same rows the full address by clicking on a run button.
