Attached is an excel spreadsheet (should open in Excel 2007 or 2010).
Column A (only sheet) has fields that need to be matched Closest to Column E, this defies most automated matching for example in column E you would have:

There will be a few extra values in column E, leave them alone and do not touch any other columns.
