Sort this Excel List

Attached is an excel spreadsheet (should open in Excel 2007 or 2010). Column A (only sheet) has fields that need to be matched Closest to Column E, this defies most automated matching for example in column E you would have: <colgroup></colgroup> <col style="WIDTH: 169pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 8228" width="225" /> FloorRValuePre is in Column E which in column A would be: <colgroup></colgroup> <col style="WIDTH: 170pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 8301" width="227" /> Insulation / R-Value Pre / Floor So your objective is to cut the field value in column E and paste to the closest match in Column A inside Column B (a few have already been done for you as examples.
