I need a speed of light web scraper I need to extrapolate waiting times (both with appointment / no appointment) for all DMV offices in California. This should be easy since every office is referred by its ID in the URL. See them here [login to view URL] The output should be a table so I can copy&paste to Excel :) I would like to rerun the script a few times a day for a week to build some statistics. Script has to be hosted on your server.

This work is my bread-n-butter: its what I do, top quality. Light-speed? The faster a crawler goes, the more attention from anti-banning server scripts it gets, unless you want a distributed IP pool... for ten bucks? Hm, because this is my first bid on Freelancer I would be willing to code (and host for a limited time) this crawler for $90.
