Data Clustering - Distance approach and Latent-Class-Analysis

I have strong command in advanced statistical technique and in R programming language.I have done many exercise of data clustering (e.g., clustering of stocks in financial market). I have experience with latent class analysis as well, such as, Hidden Markov Model, factor analysis, Principal component analysis etc. I have gone through the attached documents and confident to deliver the project in consultation with the employer on time. Is the project a replication of the attached papers, using Hamming distant for clustering or the employer is open to other methods of clustering as well? I can also suggest appropriate analysis method if needed.

I just bid to have a conversation with you if you want, as i am not an expert of the programming language, so this can just be a check. I also bid considering the fact, i did cluster analysis of both numeric and categorical variables. Your database seems a in a general condition, to be analyzed for clustering. Yet i am not an expert of these algorithms, i know how to cluster using different stat methods (i.e. k-mean, hierarchical), so if you wanna discuss, we can have a discussion.
