Words and Phrases - conversion to specific formats

Hi I need a software program that allows the user to enter a list of words and phrases in separate fields. This would be perhaps 5 boxes, each with a word or phrase entered. It actually would not matter if there were only one box if this is easier. On hitting "enter" or clicking "submit these words and phrases will then be converted into a large list in a specific range of formats. The results should be displayed on a page as a list that can be copied and pasted by the user. For example one format would be putting every word in CAPITAL LETTERS, another may be placing the words in [brackets], another may be joining the words in phrases together, and another would be all three at once. [FOREXAMPLELIKETHIS]. There are a few other variations and formats but probably no more than 20. I am a non programmer and to me this sounds fairly basic stuff so should not take too long! I want to be able to offer this program to people on either a CD rom or within an ebook. I have no software skills at all so I hope I have described this properly! I also have no idea on how long this would take someone so am unsure on pricing. It sounds quite easy though so I have put the low price band. Gazzie
