We are an advertising network. We are using a separate database server for handling operations. Our current server can't handle more than few thousand requests. But, we will be getting more requests in future and so we need to add more database servers and create a pool or use a load balancer to serve data. Our website uses a lot of database resources just to even load pages, that issues is also to be solved. Contact me if you are an expert in PostgreSQL and Database Administration.
