Once finished I should have th ability to change,add,remove text, pictures and articals from the site. Site should have an admin area that I can control. Site features should have at least: Photo albums and photo searches message boards Anonymous messaging and or instant messaging chat and ability to send smiles also will be intergrated with ibill payment solutions. Will be kept on your server until finished The bidder with the lowest bid and can complete in the fastest time with a gauratee will win the project. I should have the ability to view thw project in progress and comment on any needed changes. If you can deliver you will win this project with additional projects to follow.
