Exe dropper and loader

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an Exe dropper and loader specifically for the Windows operating system. Requirements: - The dropper and loader should be able to deliver a single executable file as the payload. - The payload should have the capability to access both local and remote files. Greetings. I need a non-resident loader (read, dropper) on js/lnk/powershell. The solution must be completely private, no public obfuscators or borrowings. Downloads your payload from a URL (more than one is possible), saves to disk (in temp), launches. Deletes itself (doesn't touch your payload) immediately after the loader starts - i.e. before the execution of the main loader code.
