synchronous reluctance motor for pump -- 3

We have a product - solar powered pump and motor. currently we use a PMSM motor and are looking to change to a Synchrnous reluctance mtoro or a hybrid synchronous reluctance motor ( that has small magnet inside the flux barrier) Scope of works is to design a motor as per our parameters and do simulation by ANSYS maxwell. Further scope is to prototype and test the same. details and constraints attached as images.
