I need a Circuit, Antenna, and Receiver system Designed that can SEPARATELY detect and measure the Electric and Magnetic Field Remotely. That means the system will be able to detect and measure the electric field and display the data, and also detect and measure the magnetic field and display the data. It will be able to read all the electric data and magnetic data across a field remotely at a distance up to 5 miles or more. It will be used for detecting Electro-Magnetotelluric Currents. The telluric current frequencies range from .01 Hz to 20,000 Hz. You must explain your method of remotely detecting and measuring the electric and magnetic fields clearly to me before any consideration will be given. I will give all replies to my engineers for consideration.
