This is seems to be a magnetic track logger or magnetic to audio logger. We have done many similar projects and pcbs smaller than this. Experts in microchip pic pcbs.. I have a lot of experience working with PCB Design using free software Kicad, if you have the schematic of the circuit i can provide you the redesign in one or two days, if you only have the picture of the pcb we need to elaborate the schematic in order to get well connections and that can take a few days more because i don't have the board and we need to work together

We will only do the PCB design and send you gerber. Will you do the assembly and programming ? If we are to do then we need the assembled board back to us. Please advise.
