Mikrotik Hotspot controller cloud based

looking for Mikrotik Expert can help me to setup cloud based Hotspot Controller fully automated and easy to use for my end user in this setup you need to show me if you have done similar job earlier no time for you and me to test , need this to be done in very quick and simple way , i do need all document and troubleshooting steps to manage the setup by myself , i don't have public or fix ip so router might be behind NAT , you need to make the setup in the way Mikrotik router talk to the cloud in any cost 1- also i need to be able to make different profile let say 2 Mb /download 512 Kb upload duration 1 mont and Total upload /download also can be set or leave unlimited 2- i should be able to renew expire user 3- expired user should be remove after 3 months 4- i should be able to graphically access and see how many users online in brief fully manageme hotspot controller work with any mikrotik , apply if you have done similar , for your reference you can look at [login to view URL] this has all my requirmnets , and please anyquestion you have you can refer to this site , my budget is limited so dont offer more than the limit , i simply ignore and drop the offer without reading your offer !!
