I am a ARC GIS 9.0 user working in the field of renewable energies. Environmental assesment studies are not really my specialization but I believe I can help in the GIS part of your work. We may need to collaborate for the "Identify Issues" task of the project. I can do the "Gather data" task but we will need to collaborate again the "Analyze Data".
