help in creating websites - open to bidding

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help me in some web projects. At the start there is small job. I will start to run scouting agency in two cities (Reykjavik and London) and will store data base of models and their pics on that website but I will give an access only to people or related to fashion institutions who get the key from me. That’s the whole idea. So i need someone who customize a template and put the website on the Hostgator's server and make it works. I can send you that choosen template of course. What I need to do about it is to replace logotype by new one which I already have. Put new adresses as locations, put new texts in the content and so on. Just to change details. I care of work to be done as soon as possible. Tell me how you see that, how long it would take you, how much it could be and why so expansive.
