Hello, I have over 15 years of industry experience in the US, during which time, I have had the opportunity to work with several cross-functional teams and Senior Management. I have also trained my teams on email etiquette, team dynamics, soft skills and presentation skills. My teaching philosophy is to 1) explain/teach 2) then to practice with hands-on examples 3) Repeat until goal is met. For example, for email etiquette, I may have a session on how to write an email to give unfavorable news - project delayed, errors found etc. I will then ask the students to draft an email for such a situation, correct it and then ask students to write it up again. I would like further information on the kind of students, their language fluency and what their goals are before I create a lesson plan for them.
