We are searching for people to help us test the functionality and behaviour of a new taxi booking app in a real-world environment. YOUR TASK: 1. You will use an app to book licensed taxis from a specific local company 2. You will complete five short taxi journeys (spontaneous or pre-booked) 3. At the end of each trip, you'll evaluate the overall quality of the taxi service by filling out a short survey. 4. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonuses of €1–5 by reporting any technical errors you find. Ditch your travel card this week and travel in style - on us! _______________________________________________________________________________ HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID? • €5,10 / £4.50 – for every successful "pre-booked" trip completed • €3,40 / £3 – for every successful "spontaneous" trip completed • You will be reimbursed the cost of every taxi fare up to the value of €22,65 / £20 per trip • Bonus: €1 – €5 - for every unique technical error reported So for example, if you take: • 3 spontaneous taxi trips and 2 pre-booked trips we will pay you €20,40 / £18 • 5 pre-booked trips and we will pay you €25,50 / £22.50 Important: Please note that you will need to pay for the taxi rides up-front. For your security, when we set up a proposal with you, we will calculate the payout and reimbursement costs based on you taking 5 "pre-booked" trips. This will enable us to deposit €158,75 / £122.50 into escrow for safe-keeping, calculated as follows: - The maximum payment for a trip i.e. "pre-booked" (€5,10 / £4.50) X 5 trips = €25,50 / £22.50 - The maximum reimbursement (€22,65 / £20) X 5 trips = €133,25 / £100 TOTAL: €158,75 / £122.50 We will then release your payments and reimbursements to you on a weekly basis as you complete your trips. _______________________________________________________________________________ YOUR PROFILE: 1. You can complete at least one taxi journey in ONE of the cities outlined above. 2. You have a credit card or debit card (positive balance) to book your trips. Please note: Amex and Maestro cards are NOT compatible with the app. 3. You have an iPhone (iOS 10.0.x or higher) OR an Android smartphone (OS 5.0 or higher). 4.
