Create Graphs From Data in Excel

This project involves taking data and creating a process that summarizes it in graphs. You have to have knowledge of MACROS and understand data flow and structure in MS Excel. Details: Please open the Attached document. The sheet is hosted in a server and updates everday with new data from previous day into the Data tab. What I need is that when someone puts in a Customer Name in the Front Page and assigns a date then clicks on the Create Graphs button the process runs to get the data and summarize it in the graphs and provide Ontime Information by week for the selected customer ignoring all other customers in the Data tab. I have highlighted in Green all the columns that are used to Create the graphs and data summary. Steps: Manual Entry in Front Page 1. I Enter Customer Name 2. I Enter Date you would like to summarize 3. Click on Create Graphs ..................................................... KEY NOTES...................................... 1. Graphs can be Pivot table Graphs but the layout cannot change. I have to have them look like they do currently 2. This has to be done in Excel not a desktop application 3. Ontime is Summarized by Week this data comes from column "J" 4. Top Reason types is by Month and separated as controllable and Non Controllable this data comes from column "K" and "L" 5. Basically if you can get all the Gray areas filled with data automatically You have accomplished the requirement a) Ontime % Data on the left of the Ontime tab is a summary of count of Late and Early by Week starting with a summary of the week of the date entered in 2 above. b) Summary of Controllable issues and Non Controllable by issues type. This is taking collumn K & L grouping it by controllable or Non-Controllable which is the two options in column L Please feel free to Request any additional iformation.
