I have a large text file of addresses (50 Million Rows) that I need to have processed. Please check the sample file that is uploaded onto this project. When you open this file in excel one of the columns is labeled Addr_type. I need to have all of the Commercial and Residential types separated with all other types being deleted. I then need all of the Residential and Commercial address types to be broken up into files state by state. For example, I would have one file for commercial properties for Arkansas and one file for Residential properties for Arkansas. I need this for every state on the master file. The person that can get this done the fastest will win the bid.

I can get this done in less than 3 days. I will complete extracting all states commercial and residential into separate excel files. Of course excel limits 1 million per so some states if more than 1 million will be split also. Thanks.
