Looking for someone (or small team) who is very skilled at Excel formulas and big picture financial modeling for efficiency. I can do 50% what I want to, but looking for an expert who can really make my projects template driven. I'm well versed in excel modeling and can write the formula to solve a problem, but not well enough to centralize inputs to make them more dynamic and easily sensitize inputs, and then produce clean output summary pages. The projects are finance/real estate focus so basic knowledge of IRR/XNPV is required, but I can guide to what output and results should be. I'm looking for a person (small team preferred) that can commit to an ongoing project of iterations and knowing there's more than one way to write formula. Efficiency is important because these templates will turn into 5-20 mb excel files and need to be dynamic, so understanding how excel handles resources is important. Example, I would not use Vlookup or Hlooukup, ever because its too prone to errors if you need to insert a column on the fly. Maybe there's a case when writing VBA is more efficient for small sections, I don't know. Please bid accordingly knowing this is ongoing. It's not a single project, but will keep building. I have posted similar before, but it's more consulting/team work that is longer term. I can provide many examples of projects/code of what I'm trying to do.
