I send parcels out daily and need to know the most economical method to send via Australia Post, as I use 2 different methods. I need to check which shipping method will be the cheapest for the particular parcel via Australia Post (either Parcel Send or My Post Business) Charges vary by weight and by postcode (broken down into 6 zones). The 6 Postcode zones and the associated postcodes, costs (for standard and express post) will be provided in PDF's / and/or spreadsheet. What I need is a user friendly excel work book that has: 1. Packing Staff entry form for postcode and weight, and shipping cost results displayed for standard and express post. 2. Back end access to change data base as needed ( ie postage rates, postcodes, zones etc) I would like the postcodes listed on one sheet, zone pricing rates on a second sheet, and the calculator on the main sheet for ease of use (must be easy for staff with little knowledge of excel to use the main calculator). Postcode and zone rate sheets need to be able to be edited when data changes from Australia Post.

Hi, I have read your requirement, basically is a easy calculator in user friendly workbook to come up with the most efficient method with Australia Post. 3 sheets, postcodes, pricing, and main sheet as calculator where the staff enter weight & postcode, got it. why don't you send me the data reference that is postcode zones & their associated postcodes, and lets see how my early sample will make you and your staff's work much easier.
