What I can do for you is to create a Dynamic Password System The client will have a cell that will display an Alphanumeric text, that text will be based in some of the attributes of the client PCs, so if he opens the same excel file in another pc, the text will change. For you, I'll develop a small app where you write that alphanumeric text (Public Key) and the app will give you a Private KEY which is another alphanumeric key that the client has to write one time in one of the cells of his excel file. As long as the client has the propper PUBLIC and PRIVATE KEY that matches everything will work, once he changes from PC public key wont match with the private key, and the excel file wont work
