Hi, Your project is in two parts. The first part is to check the values of the fields. I can put validation fields for this purpose, but you will likely come with different questions. The second part is about the consolidation. All files would be collected in a folder, and a macro will run, macro will take values from each branch and copy on the intended worksheets. I don't want to use macros for the first part, but we may have to do this, after negotiating further how to continue. I think it would take 3 days of my time, I gave the offer thinking about this. I will arrange the graphs taking new branches into account. So data ranges etc would be updated while the graph is being created. I have completed many projects more or less like this one, and I am sure that if I am awarded we won't have any problem. If you decide to award me please note that, I won't accept the offer, unless you verify your payment, and update other information. Greetings! I have 15+ years experience with MS Access/Excel/VBA, so technician part of your task is well known for me. Moreover, one is quit interesting for me, especially because some time ago I created something similar for HR statistics for group of restaurants. In that task we used another approach for consolidating data: every restaurant's responsible person just sent monthly reports to group's HR manager by email, mailing software filtered ones copying to separate folder, so, result Excel file collected data locally. Moreover, one checked if all remote reports are fresh, i.e. if the consolidated data are complete. It gave possibility to hide statistics of any restaurant against others. However, I describe it to let you know about one more option, not to insist on. One more restriction was that I cannot use any VBA coding, only formulas in cells (because different people use different versions of software, but VBA in not compartible, for example MS Office vs OpenOffice), so it is also possible in many cases.
