Dzień dobry, Poszukujemy programisty, który przygotuje program do zarządzania bazą kontaktów wykorzystywaną w marketingu internetowym. Posiadamy bazę kontaktów zgromadzoną w arkuszu Excel (około 13 000 rekordów), obejmującą około 26 kategorii informacji. W celu bardziej efektywnego zarządzania tą bazą, potrzebujemy dedykowanej aplikacji lub programu, który umożliwi nam kompleksową obsługę danych. Funkcje, których oczekujemy: 1. Wyszukiwanie i zapytania: Chcemy mieć możliwość wyszukiwania, tworzenia zapytań, uwzględniających wszystkie dostępne kategorie. Dodatkowo, istotne jest dla nas możliwość wyszukiwania po kilku kategoriach jednocześnie, aby szybko znaleźć potrzebne informacje. 2. Wgrywanie nowych rekordów: Ważne jest, abyśmy mogli dodawać nowe dane i kontakty do naszej bazy za pomocą pliku Excel. W przypadku istnienia już wpisu, system powinien wyświetlić alert, informujący nas o istniejącym kontakcie oraz umożliwić aktualizację danych oraz zapisanie historii zmian. 3. Zależy nam również na gromadzeniu historii uczestnictwa w webinarach dla każdego kontaktu. 6. Opcjonalne połączenie z formularzem zapisu na newsletter: Chcielibyśmy, aby nasza baza mogła automatycznie aktualizować się również na podstawie zapisów ze strony internetowej, z możliwością oznaczenia, że dany kontakt pochodzi z formularza na stronie www oraz z adnotacją odnośnie tematów zainteresowania danej osoby. 7.
