I have an Excel spreadsheet with an amortization table that needs to be updated to show the principal, interest and total amounts paid more accurately. My spreadsheet is over-estimating the annuals payments by 2-3%. The spreadsheet needs to function the same way, though, meaning when I type in the loan duration in years, annual interest rate, that the principal and interest payments including the balance is showing only for these years.
