Social Media Optimization Specialist will be responsible for the following requirements, but not limited to: • Execute assigned social media initiatives. • Relevant experience interfacing with and utilizing social media tools sets: e.g. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, and others), mobile applications and widgets. • Builds outreach initiatives to engage the community actively and responsively, both in relevant outpost communities and existing resident channels. • Stays up to date on new media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies are using these communication tools. • Generation of Leads through free and paid promotions in Social media channels mainly Facebook • Take necessary step to boost SEO through SMO. • Use Effective Content Marketing for SMO. • Increase Likes, Engagement and Share naturally and focus on Regional benefits. • Getting likes from high authority profiles • Analysing the analytics and make strategy for conversion of goal through SMO. • Competitor analysis and Targeted • Consume, curate, and share relevant, interesting industry information and content with internal and external communities. • Be the eyes and ears of the company to capture, analyse and understand customer initiated conversations. • Locate potential 3rd party content consistent with company mission and programs. Education/Experience: • 4+ years of marketing experience working in the area of social networking, online marketing and web analytics. • Previous professional experience in digital media and online communications. • Ability to work independently and quickly, and as part of team to execute tasks. • Up to date knowledge of current SMO practices.
