Existing site redo in Flash

We are looking for a provider to redo our existing business site [login to view URL] completely in flash. Provider must have advanced skills in flash and should be able to provide us an easy-to-use and easy-to-administrate website. Once, the project is done, we need all the source files (not just of scripting but also of flash). Further on the completion, we need a quick walkthrough to understand how to modify and maintain the site later. We will prefer contractors with samples of flash work and excellent English communication skills with cooperation to understand our business objectives. Selected provider must agree to following NON-NEGOTIABLE payment terms: 30% after seeing the working demo 40% on satisfactory completion & installation on our server 30 % after one month of live running and bug fixing NOTE: Providers posting pre-recorded messages will be ignored.
