Flash Project with 508 compliance

Please see attached word file with all info for the project Basic outline- We will provide all assets for the app with the exception of the xml and xst which you will need to write with dummy info . 1) The number of stories(features) will be set at 5 =/- 1 story.? 2) One .xml for each feature plus one ? to control order along with a second directory to hold unused features. 3) Transition between features will be a fixed time. Transition style direction will also be provided. ? It will be a standard transition (fade/wipe/etc..) 4) Dimensions of app will be approximately 719 x 200. Final dims will be provided. 5) They will definitely need the right side's background color to extend with the width of the browser, though the minimum will be fixed. 6) All text will be text, but they are considering using stylized numbers (non-web font) for the feature numbers.? 7) The application has to be 508 compliant and work with JAWS? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
