Senior Frontend developer ( Next.js)- Long term collaboration

We have started the project and we want to hire a skilled frontend-developer Must be really proficient with NextJs ecosystem (at least 4 years experience ), packages, repos to understand their latest processes, best practices for both server-side rendering. The frontend applications should be fast and scalable, keeping special attention to performance and caching base on Web Core Vitals.
