to find the traffic conditions

In this project i want to find the traffic condition in the city on 5 to 7 different locations. After analysing the required data i want to campare the results with the google maps, to know accuracy of the google maps about the traffic in those 5 to 7 different area of the city. In this project i will provide CCTV video recording for that location. From that video recording we have to count the Passenger Car Unit and find out the time taken by the PCU from the point where PCU appears in the video untill the point at which CCTV is located.
