Hi, I have experience writing google chrome extensions and I would be happy to share my projects hosted on the google chrome store. I also have 6 years of experience writing production code for Zalando, one of the biggest tech company in Europe. I had the same problem with my own extensions on the google chrome webstore because they changed the policies. To be honest, the amount of work depends on what your extension is doing. The more user data it requires, the hardest it is to justify to Google chrome the necessity. I would gladly asses for free the amount of work needed.
