Banners and Logo needed for project TRP

1. I need 2 banners 950x83px by 72 dpi. I will use these images for my header image on a website. 2. I need a cartoon character image of a pimp, thug, gangster, criminal, (or similar) that will fit on these banners. This character will be our trade mark / logo image and persona of the website. Just as Geico Insurance company uses a talking gecko, the character you design will be our hero. I need him to be represented in two forms: On one banner, he will look like a criminal, pimp, thug, or gangster but on the other banner, he will look like he just won the lottery, having real financial success and enjoying life. 3. On the first banner, where our hero looks like a criminal, the banner will say our domain name and our slogan: "2 Ways to Earn Cash in This World" 4. On the second banner, our hero will look like he just won the lottery and this banner will also read our domain name but display a different slogan: "Make Your Dream a Reality" 5. I need layered PSD files for both banners so I can edit text as needed, and I need a layered PSD file on a transparent background for our new character so that I can use him on other images around our website and other promotional items. 6. I would also like to have a copyright release so that we can own our character and do with him as we wish. he will need to be an original design - something unique and cute. If you do good work and we like you, we will hire you for many other graphic projects if you're interested.
