Magento template customization

This project requires some small modifications to this template [login to view URL] and your bidding price should include the purchase of the template, all required modifications, as well as install/setup on the server after the changes are made. We will be using the magento software (free edition) to create/add new products to the database ourselves, so your bid does not include the time to create all the items. Here are the changes we need: *create new (custom) banner on the main page *Replace the name/logo with our own (artwork will be provided) *offer 2 currencies: $USD and $CAD *offer 2 languages: English and French *Create a new tab within every product page, so the user can click on "Specifications" for each product. *Add to the shopping cart a module for "shipping cost estimate" which can provide a shipping quote based on the total order and destination country. I would like UPS, USPS and CanadaPost to be integrated. We currently use [login to view URL] to receive the payments in $USD, and also PAYPAL. For payments received in $CAD we will be using [login to view URL] . That's it! Like i said, we will update the database/contents, so you do not need to create any products for the store, except maybe one just for testing the layout and functionality.
