Character design.

I need a character designed. if you look at this link: [login to view URL] you will see three images. The first is the style similar to what I am looking for. Specifically how his feet at attached to the body (If you noticed the feet are behind the body. This makes animating the image much easier. You can see a sample of the walking animation here: <[login to view URL]>). That being said, what I would like for the final deliverable of this is a vector based file with three layers. One for the head, one for the body and one for the legs (and also a exported png file sample). The first image is just an example of the style I am looking for. What I would like the final character to look like is an knight. The second two images are samples that look similar to what I am looking for (but they do not have the same body/foot structure as the main character.... which makes them much harder to animate).
