Graphic design of Print templates for online site

I am setting up a new website. This new site will have a range of pre-designed templates for things such as business cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads and other business stationery. There will be a range of categories by industry ( Automotive, business, etc, etc ) and so designs have to match those categories. A similar site that you can view for an example is [login to view URL] The successful applicant will have to have great design skills and they can use the above site for inspiration. You can use [login to view URL] for inspiration as they have very modern designs Also, the applicant will have to learn to use my online design tool from the admin backend to finish creating the templates. So for example the steps would be: design stationery in preferrably Illustrator ( or INdesign/Photoshop but extra step is involved ), import it into my design tool as a SVG file, update sample fields ( i.e. names, address, etc ). So it is NOT done completely in Photoshop, Indesign, etc. This will be an ongoing project as I want to continuously add new templates every week. Please give me an estimate as to how many designs you can do it the allotted time ( I understand that this is largely a guess but I want to ensure that I get the best value that I can ).
