Hello, i am an individual and looking to build a profesional memorial website.
Short description of the project:
You will make a website where people can build a section dedicated to the loved ones that have passed away and where anyone may leave a message of sympathy , appreciation, etc. to the deceased.
The website will charge (multiple levels) for those who build a page for the deceased, taxes can be one time or recurring fee .

Functionality:
When a visitor clicks signup he will create a profile(subdomain) like [login to view URL]
You will be able to login with your Facebook account or you can create new user.
Each profile will be chosen according to the payment (basic , bronze , gold , premium) . For each level you will be charged a fee and some restrictions ( number of pictures , videos uploaded ... )
Signup > User details > then edit profile page
The visitor can choose the background , the details of the deceased, he will be able to upload pictures, movies , music background.
Visitors will be able to add thoughts ( candelas ) with facebook too, will be able to send virtual flowers, will be able to sponsor the profile (from free to any of the plans money) and he will be able to make donations for the deceased's family .
At the will of the one who created the profile, the profile can be made private or not, visitors can add photos, videos , words only with the consent of the owner .
After finishing the profile it will bring up a page where you can complete any desired emails for notifying friends. The email can be customized.
You will be able to share on fb , twitter . I wish that the most coments or things can be linked to facebook , meaning to put buttons like share and comment wherever is possible .
The site will have a section where you can create t-shirts, pendants , mugs etc, the visitor will be redirected to an affiliate .

I have read your Project Description and visited all the reference websites to check the overall functionality. So, this initial message is just a formal confirmation that we are interested in this Project & technically there are no hurdles, as we have experienced team (40 + developers & few Designers) but your budget is very low as compare to the overall scope of work, so can you please increase it? If not then no problem and I totally understand.
