Need Skilled Website Designer to build 1 website in CSS

I am looking for someone skilled to build me a website in css or web 2.0. this needs to be a really nice and clean website, nothing slapped together, it will need to create sales. web 2.0 is the preference Website theme : Sports Betting Systems Sales Website---this site will sell sports betting systems, that get electronically delivered via email content needs to be created also but i will help with idea, and supply some of the content. i want the whole site built from start to finish, and uploaded to my hosting account. i am also going to need 3 other of the same site, just different colors made also. the site will require all original content, graphics, and a really proffessional header. the site will have 3-4 pages. in css or web2.0 i prefer web2.0 once built, i will be the owner of all files, you cannot take the site and sell it to others, nor can you share any info with any third parties. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform site needs to be built to properly display in internet explorer. and mozilla firefox
