Responsive, mobile first HTML

We're looking for a talented HTML/CSS guru with some feel for design. The project is fairly limited but the quality is important. The project is a Responsive, Mobile first web app, based on Bootstrap3. It consists of 3 views described in the attached PDF. Here's some notes on the views to further help: Overall On all views we will have a header with menu and a footer with some links. The menu (as all content) must be responsive and on mobile it should be a dropdown or "slide-in-from-side" menu. View 1 - list view This view will list events with image and description. On mobile it should be only one-column, but on desktop 3 columns. The filtering on top should be: today/tomorrow. View 2 - Details view This view is straight forward. An responsive image carousell with 1-x images. The select number of tickets should be a select box with 1-9 tickets. The buy tickets bar should be attached to bottom on mobile (bottom: 0px), but NOT in desktop sizes. The rest is just presentation. View 3 - Order view This is even more simple. The bottom part (from not from sweden and downwards) is rendered by our payment processor Klarna and can not be modified. You can use third party libraries as needed. One that we know of already is [login to view URL] for responsive layout and filtering. The most important factors is: - This is an urgent project. Absolute deadline monday next week. - We need someone that can take initiatives and perhaps even improve on our design suggestion.
