Build a e-commerce online store and logo

I need a logo and a complete turnkey e-commerce website with my branding. The logo needs to be a realistic illustration/Portrait in a 3D just like the file called ‘Gunny's Call Marine Logo’. The realistic illustration/Portrait will be of myself ‘Alberto 1’ and ‘Alberto 2’ in Desert Digital cami uniform and my German-Shepherd dog ‘SGT Cal’. SGT Cal will replace the bulldog in the same uploaded file ‘Gunny’s Call Marine Logo’. SGT Cal has a floppy ear and I want that on the design please see his photos that I uploaded called ‘Cal Floppy 1’ and ‘Cal Floppy 2’. I also attached a filed called ‘USMC cami’ with two types of digital cami's that is worn. Attached file ‘Uniform Badges’ shows a marine dress blue uniform with the gold scuba badge and the gold jump wings. These badges ‘Scuba – wing’ is worn on the Gunny’s uniform Logo over the left breast pocket. I also need a Force Recon realistic illustration in a 3D design. See attached file ‘Force_Recon_Design’. This will be an independent design that I will incorporate in the website late. If possible, try to incorporate the Force Recon design into the logo. I will need the e-commerce website branded with my information and logo. The e-commerce website needs to be similar to the following website ‘[login to view URL]’ if possible. I will need the HTML codes for the e-commerce website so I can incorporate it with my quoting, invoicing, production management, and business tools. I will also need the designs to be able to incorporate into each of the following items listed below. Branding Letterhead Header Business Cards Web Design Web Development Wordpress Brochure Banner Billboard Flyer Envelope Graphic Design Print Ads Company/Corporate Identity Product Packaging Facebook Page Tweeter page Social Media Stationary Postcard Poster T-Shirt The company's name is GUNNY'S CALL Screen Printing & Embroidery I need it completed soon. I use Corel X7 and Corel Painter 2015. Please understand that I am on a tight budget and please quote accordingly.
