Build a Custom Website

Cut/paste applications will not be considered. I have worked with freelancers for many years on multiple projects. Rest assured that if I am posting this, it is because I need this job done. Please read what I need done below and only apply if you know you can get this done well, and in a timely fashion. The website is to display info, and will also have user registration and the ability to upload media to apply for participation in our projects. It's a simple job, so the emphasis is on the visual impact to the website visitors. Needs to look modern and awesome. This is not an e-commerce website, but more like an interactive website where we, admin, would have a backend/ dashboard for reviewing and managing memberships, end users submissions, etc. This website will require many updates as we move forward, but to start with, I am after something pretty basic. Successful applicants will receive details of the projects and we can chat from there. Thank you.
