Within 24-48hrs the fellow must be matched to pay the next 50% to a peer. I. After the payment and confirmation of the second 50% the STATE column should read 100% paid. J. On the 4th day, a recommitment button should appear under the request column. When the recommitment button is clicked on, the system should direct the fellow to donate where he/she can choose an amount NOT LOWER THAN the previous amount donated to recycle. The system works 50% on the amount chosen for the individual to pay as recommitment. K. On the 5th day, the GH button appears under the request column for the person to click on and be matched to receive payment of 100% plus capital L. 24to48hrs after ghing, the fellow is matched to pay the next 50%. M. Every one has 24hrs to make payment failure of which the system would block the fellow and rematch the receiver to receive payment. N. 1hr is given to a fellow to confirm payment received.
