Customized shopify ecoomerce theme

Hi, looking for somebody who can create a simple shopify theme for my onlineshop on lower Budget. Needs to be a custom shopify theme, no existing themes. I have a preset website you can have a look at to see how it should look like in the end. NEEDS TO BE A SHOPIFY THEME WITH LIQUID CODING SO I CAN ULOAD IT IN SHOPIFY FOR MY ONLINESHOP !!!
