what i need is the website that can sent the list of the names with the description and automatically sent an SMS to the said receiver. now this is the situation, i am a student and i want to present a system. now our school have a building called OSA(Office of Student Affairs), and their's an association of dormitory in our school, every semester and every member of the association submit the names of the student to the OSA manually for them to know that, that student has a maintaining balance to their respected dormitory and the parents did not know. So that the student can not take the examination. so i want a website that can submit the names of the student to the OSA online and automatically sent an SMS to the parent that their son/daughter has a maintaining balance to their dormitory.
