Hello, we can make it as following. 1. for the logo i'll create a option in backend so you can upload / change your logo anytime and will be set to to the header in frontend. 2. We will be creating options for these as well. So you can change the images at any time ( ad slot ads ) 3. For SEO we think Yoast SEO plugin would be good and for Security we will be install wp firewall plugin which support ip blocking, 2 way login authentication, url change for admin login 4. There is no plugin can convert your website to support mobiles. For making a site work for mobile either we have to do custom css to making it responsive or build a complete new mobile website.
