Job Search and Resume (with Portfolio) Upload Website

Need a Job Search and Resume (with Portfolio) Upload Website (Responsive), with an excellent home-page. You can use available templates to keep the cost down but it has to be secured. Major sections will be: 1. Job Providers can Register, Login, Edit Profile, Post jobs, Get daily-auto-emails of candidates matching the skills posted for the job, Search Candidates with specific Skills, view their profile, resume and portfolio (can contact them directly/externally via the phone/mobile number provided or email them on their email link). 2. Job Seekers can Register, Login, Edit Profile, Add/Edit Skills(regular & additional), Post Resume (Online form with an additional file upload), Post Portfolio (a maximum of 12 images laid down in a grid format with each of them having a title, an image, a description... can also be viewed on a slider when clicked with next, previous options). We prefer the Job Seekers Profile page similar to that as shown in the attached file. Need not be exactly same, but we like that layout. Job Seekers can search for jobs filtered on skills. Job Seekers get daily emails of New Jobs posted based on their skill sets (regular and additional skill sets). Can you provide me a few Template designs to start with and confirm with the tasks laid down? We need to launch the home page as soon as possible and have the website completed in a months time.
