3.5 minute movie/video to edit

I need my daughter's 3:35 minute soccer video edited -- mostly adding a highlighter bubble around her (sample bubbles in the beginning of the movie) Need to add bubble or something similar to the rest of the clips (she is number 3) many of the clips and then stabilized and perhaps add very short transitions. Shouldn't take too long, just don't have the skill to do it. I need is done in the next 3 hours. I can share a Dropbox folder if you want to look at the project.
