New payments method should be provided, it should be a new site for admin where he can add balance to users, it should be (select receiving method then enter phone number then the balance recieved) when confirm the system will check to whom this phone number belong and add credit to his account, the balance will added to the user, basically it should be 8 semitrical methods, it should also calculate the current balance of site (for each method) by adding when receive and subtract when withdraw and should subtract fee depend on admin set for each method. C. Some data must be entered when withdraw required, for example phone number. 4. Post project A. Project should be approved by admin before making it public. B. Employer should charge his balance before awarding. C. Freelancer can accept or reject to awardness. D. Hour rate should be disabled (but not removed from the site) E. Currency selection should be disabled. F. Currency should be IQD (Iraqi Dinar). G. Price should be (from, to). H. Location should be disabled. I. Dispute should be available. J.
