PHOTOGRAPHY & INVENTORY

I need a site where I can enter all my jewellery Items. I need to add multiple images to each stock item. Qty and parent category and many sub categories of sub categories Has to generate a bar code so I can print the same Must keep track of QTY so when I purchase or transfer between my 5 shops. Need option to give to my suppliers so they can add their catalogues. Option to print reports and catalogues of each item or by selected categories. Option to email stock record or categories as catalogue Option to share on facebook twitter and instagram need option so my staff can show customers and if out of stock can be ordered with ammendments. Supplier info etc and various selling prices need to be entered. Fast excel or csv upload with image upload option and via ftp Images need to be automatically assigned to products but product names. Back office will have whole picture and enable disable products. On stock record will have check boxes for ebay amazon and other sites I own, checked products will show in these sites. This software should work on ipads and phones. Purchase orders with images will be raised for every item sold or emailed. If a stock record has been duplicated then it will show its a duplicate and not overwrite so we have the option to delete such record. Site needs to be very fast. I want to give a login to my photographers who can add photographs directly to the stock record either by Direct click or by browse. This will show in a "TO ENTER" section where my staff will then go and enter details and prices for each record. Once selected then they will click SUBMIT and this record will show in stock records. Option to Valuation reports. Items like diamond jewellery will have an option to add Diamonds, row by row where it will calculate the total diamonds and diamond weights and Other precious stones in separate table. So this will be like a mother ship site supplying all the other sites IT's products.
